Everyone wants to play their games, but we understand things happen! Be considerate of your opponent and let us know in advance if your team can't make it.
If your team needs to forfeit a game for whatever reason, please email forfeit@fxasports.com or text us at 703-382-9111 at least 2 hours before your game. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fine. A no-show by your team will result in a $50 fine. A second no-show will result in removal from the league, and you will be ineligible to sign up a team in the future. The captain needs to send in the email or text!
All fines must be paid by 12pm the day before your next game to avoid your game being forfeited.
Once you email forfeit@fxasports.com and we cancel the game, that game cannot be rescheduled, the forfeit must remain.
A team must forfeit if they don't have the minimum number of players on the field ready to play 5 minutes after the game start time.
Minimum requirements are:
Basketball - 4 players (co-ed at least 1 female)
Bowling - 3 players
Cornhole - 1 player
Dodgeball - 6 players (co-ed at least 2 females)
Football - 6 players (co-ed at least 2 females)
Golf - 1 player
Kickball - 6 players (co-ed at least 2 females)
Lacrosse - 8 players (including a goalie)
Pickleball - 1 player
Soccer - 11v11: 7 players (co-ed at least 2 females); 8v8: 5 players (co-ed at least 1 female)
Softball - 8 players (co-ed at least 3 females)
Spikeball - 2 players
Tennis - 1 player (singles and doubles)
Ultimate - 5 players
Indoor Volleyball - 5 players (co-ed at least 2 females)
Sand Volleyball - 4 players (co-ed at least 2 females)
