If your team is unable to make a game, we can possibly try to reschedule it (depending on the sport, we have limited availability). To request a reschedule, please email us at email@example.com at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS before the game.
We will be unable to accommodate any requests received closer to the game than that.
If you know when you register the team that your team can't make a particular date, you can request a bye for that day. We will do our best to accommodate (if your league has bye weeks).
Bye weeks and reschedule requests are never guaranteed, but we will do our best!
