Participation with FXA Sports and use of the website is voluntary, and with the mandatory understanding of our waiver that is applicable to all leagues, tournaments, and events.
In simple terms, you will not be able to sue or hold liable FXA Sports and/or its officers, directors, employees, members, subsidiaries, agents, successors, managers, and volunteers for anything! You will play at your own risk!
