What type of cleats can I wear?

Any outdoor sport, appropriate cleats are welcome (and suggested).

For any FXA Sports league played outdoors (kickball, flag football, soccer, softball), cleats are welcome, and suggested. BUT, cleats must be non-metal -- they can be molded or screw-in bottoms, but no part of the cleat or sole may be metal. This is for everyone's safety!
